Program
Guided Billing sends text messages to contractors, property owners and insurance adjusters who agree to receive them. Messages cover the claims and work you are involved in: claim status, documents or signatures we need, appointment and call scheduling, and payment updates. We do not send marketing messages.
How to opt in
You can opt in by submitting the form on our Text Updates page with the consent box checked, or by texting our business number first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your claim activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email info@guidedbilling.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
